President William Ruto has required a significant activity to streak out steers rustlers who killed 10 security officials in Turkana and Pokot districts on Saturday, September 24.
Through his Twitter handle, President Ruto has expressed that he has gotten an extensive report on the occurrence and that a multi-organization group will be sent to reestablish predictability and move made against the desperados.
