A saint is a person who has been declared holy by a religious organization, or by a particular religion.

The term saint does not have a singular meaning, and may be applied to a number of people who are not usually seen as saints, such as a person who is regarded as a martyr.

A sainthood is not the only qualification for being called a saint.

A person who is a saint, in essence, is a holy person.

Sheik Hussein was a thirteenth century Somali Muslim evangelist who lived in Ethiopia and was from the well known port town of Merca, one of the power purviews and social focuses of the Ajuran Domain.

 He is currently regarded as a saint[1] He is generally known similar to an individual from the Somali 'Diwan al-awliya' (Popular Holy people of Somali Beginning).
