President William Ruto's previous helper, Ms Esther Anyieni Okenyuri, is ready to join the Senate to supplant Climate Bureau Secretary candidate Soipan Tuya.
Ms Tuya is among eight ladies selected to the Senate by Dr Ruto's Assembled Vote based Coalition (UDA). Her selection to the Bureau implies she should give up the situation to join the Leader.
